Purpose and legal basis of data processing

Your personal data will be processed in order to respond to your request, recruit to PBDA Consulting or to organize a workshop in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable laws, i.e. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 and other legal acts applicable to the protection of personal data.

Recipients of personal data

We will transfer your personal data to our suppliers, to whom we will commission services related to the processing of personal data m.in. to postal and courier service providers and IT service and software providers.

Retention period of personal data

Your personal data will be stored for a period of not more than 6 months.
